    Deployment Inventory (SDI)”

 Effective organizations depend on the quality of their relationships.  Misunderstood relating styles and conflicts that arise between people can damage a healthy work environment and impact productivity.  Relationship Awareness tools are reliable and give immediate results to managing conflict and motivating individuals.  The SDI Inventory will be used to give you a personal self discovery of your strengths, motivational style, conflict sequence and overdone strengths.  The SDI is the cornerstone tool for relationship awareness. This self-assessment will leave you with remarkable insights and memorable results. By understanding what motivates us in our lives to do the things we do, we can better manage our behaviors, and in turn, our relationships with others.

It will be a fast paced learning day, along with exercises that promise to be fun and experiential.
