- Emotional Intelligence (using the EQ Map® Assessment)
- Our Certified Instructor will train you and your team. Both prescriptive and
descriptive training. A great first start for
someone who is new to EQ or wants to assess themselves on the key competencies
such as creativity, personal power, empathy and others. Our participants
love this tool !
Resiliency Map Assessment
Similar to the EQ Map, this
is a self assessment that measures stress and how we can build resiliency to
such. Only after one is
aware of their
stress levels, can they work to improve them.
Stress Management (using the Stress Map Assessment)
This session and assessment is
good to use in an
organization where stress is an issue and there have been
little or no
programs on dealing with such.
Individuals can see exactly where the stresses are coming from and come up with
an action
plan to manage the
stress.
Relationship Management using the Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)
This tool is
key in identifying ones strengths in relating to others. A great learning tool
which shows what motivates
behaviors.
Once we know one's motivation, we can learn to work better with them, both
individually and as a team. Learn
how to deal with conflict
and to manage it. The SDI also deals with strengths and weaknesses and how
to use them to your
advantage but
manage the vulnerabilities as well. This is our most popular session!
- Mind Skills Workshops
- The Gregorc Mind Styles Delineator is used to determine
learning styles such as Concrete Learners,
Abstract Learners and Sequential Learners. Learn how to deal with each
group so you get what you want while speaking "their" language.

popular! Many experiential

360 Feedback Assessments
Get ready to
hear it! Have a 360 evaluations completed and see what people really
are thinking about your leadership style, "
your teamwork
skills, and more. Participants choose up to 7 individuals to
anonymously rate them in 5 different categories. A
report is given to
show scores and areas for improvement. One on one feedback and
coaching is done live. True leaders are
willing to hear feedback
