This session will be interactive and show you how you CAN have good outcomes to conflict.  The sooner you recognize conflict the sooner you can resolve it.  This will provide a roadmap for handling everyday conflicts we experience everyday.
*NEW* - Diversity Training
      We provide diversity workshops.  Diversity is NOT about black vs. white and male vs. female - it's a full spectrum of knowing how to use diversity to our advantage and how to accept everyone at face value.

Emotional Intelligence Workshops (using the EQ Map)
       Our certified EQ instructors will train you and your team.  Both prescriptive and descriptive training.  A great first start for someone who is new to EQ or wants to assess themselves on the key competencies such as creativity, personal power, empathy, reading others, etc.  Our participants love the tool !

Relationship Management (using the SDI Inventory tool)
      This is our most popular session!  This tool is key in identifying ones strengths in relating to others.  A great learning tool which shows what motivates behaviors. Once we know one's motivation, we can learn to work better with them, both individually and as a team.  Learn how to deal with conflict and how to manage it for successful outcomes.  The SDI also examines and deals with our strengths and weaknesses and how to use them to your advantage and manage those vulnerable areas.

Mind Skills Workshop
      The Gregorc Mind Styles Delineator is used to determine learning styles such as Concrete Learners, Abstract Learners, and Sequential Learners.  Learn how to deal with each group so you get what you want while speaking "their" language.  When we know how people learn, we can adjust to their preferred style for success.

Authentic Happiness Seminars
      Based on the best selling book, our own course "Transforming your Life for Ultimate Success" is popular.  Many experiential lessons and exercises which are thought provoking and life changing.

360 Feedback Assessments
     Be careful what you ask for!  You say you want feedback?  Get ready to hear it with this tool.  Have an anonymous 360 leadership evaluation completed and see what people really are thinking about you and your leadership style.  Participants choose up to 7 individuals to anonymously rate them in 5 different categories.  A report is generated to show scores and areas for improvement.  One on one feedback is conducted by us with the individual.  True leaders want feedback, they just don't say it - they mean it.  Ask us to set one up for you today (done on line).
