We specialize in Emotional Intelligence, positive psychology, Leadership program, relationship management, team building and coaching programs. We use validated self discovery tools that have been norm tested for reliability so you have the confidence that many years of research backs up the outcomes and the programs we teach. What is very different about our work is that you actually use assessment tools and experiential exercises so you have your own personalized data to work with based on your inputs. At other seminars (and we have been to them too!) you are given generic information, but are not really sure how to apply it to your own style - you never get the "how to". We help you with descriptive data and offer prescriptive solutions for the journey. We do not train with a "one and done" mentality, but rather we strive to have extended relationships with you and your organization to help make the training "stick". Your future depends on that!
