We are certified EQ instructors of the EQ Map ® (there are only approx. 250 certified instructors worldwide) and graduates of Dr. Martin Seligman's Coaching Program. We also are certified instructors of the SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory) tool.

The EQ Map® and SDI Inventory™ tools are validated, research based instruments for measuring EQ competencies, personal strengths, conflict sequences, and weaknesses.  We also use the ESAP (Emotional Skills Assessment Process) tool by Drs. Darwin Nelson, PhD and Gary R. Low, PhD of Texas A&M University.
